当初在构思iV Boy的设计只是一个灯泡而已，创意是需要点燃的，灯泡代表着一切创意灵感的原动力，时亮时灭，都因人的身体能量而异。这个概念的源由是来自我一向崇拜的动画制作公司－Pixar Animation的那盏调皮的桌灯。后来觉得应该将iV Boy更人性化和有着强烈使命感和光芒的正义化身。正当我绞尽脑汁时，突然灵感泉源涌上，才让我想起小时候的《原子小金刚 Astro Boy》以及女儿在网上观看的Teletubbies和Powerpuff Girls。结合了这些元素，我创造了自己生命中的第一个小超人，iV Boy就是在这个夜晚出世的。在不久的将来，我希望为它写故事，找伴侣，制造宿敌和正义之事等，那就拭目以待吧！

The concept design for iV Boy began with the simple idea of a light bulb. After all, every idea is triggered by a spark, and that was what the light bulb came to represent - a catalyst where inspirations take off. This was also in part, inspired by Pixar’s animated table lamp ‘mascot’. From there, I wanted to give iV Boy a more human form in order to bring out his tenacity, sense of mission and heroicness. Inspiration hit me as I was brainstorming about this, and I was reminded of Astroboy from my childhood days as well as the Teletubbies and Powerpuff Girls. Combining different elements of these characters, I was able to create a little superhero of my own, and thus iV Boy was born! I hope to be able to write lots of stories for him, perhaps find him a partner and create new adventures along the way…  let’s all look forward to it!
